  • 2x helpers per session (could be the same people, or different) Minh? Andrea?
• Experimedia
  • 2x general info table people Daniel, Jiri,
  • 1x kid minder (OLPCs)
• Entrance/library foyer
  • 3 or 4x welcomers/survey conductors Daniel, George, David,
• Side door
  • 1 or 2x people at a table/registration? Alex, Erica, Amit, Denise

Plan - sign up day volunteers on EventBrite, no need to overwhelm them with the general organisation list. Allocate key people who have been involved in meetings to decision making areas - front and lobby of conference/theatre area.

Meet at 10.30 on the day for volunteer briefing Dale/Brianna to discuss.

Be nice to have t-shirts for all our day volunteers, poss also cert of appreciation? Sure, artwork is available, just a matter of printing and bringing on the day.
