Information for table holders

Stalls will be held in the Experimedia room, which is inside the main entrance, to the right. The State Library will provide a table, chairs, access to power and wifi, and some space for signage. Please bring lots of promotional material and a couple of friendly volunteers to share the load when talking with the public.

Please note that any electronic equipment you bring will need to be tagged and tested. (This does not apply to laptops.) This is a requirement of the State Library. If you are intending to bring equipment, please inform us. If your equipment has not yet been tested, you can do so on Monday 12 September by bringing it to Computerbank in the evening.

There will be two meetings by the SFD organisers before SFD - Saturday 4th September and 11th September. Please attend one of these meetings, at the Experimedia room in the State Library, 10am-12noon, to look at the space and finalise any concerns. Please let me know which day you will be attending.
